LinkPilot Documentation
Chat
Describe a topic and LinkPilot drafts a LinkedIn post in your voice, streamed in as it writes.
What it does
Open Chat from the sidebar and start a conversation. Each message you send becomes a prompt:
- Type a topic, a rough idea, or a link, and LinkPilot drafts a full post from it.
- The draft streams into a card in the conversation as it's written.
- Every conversation is saved, so you can come back and keep refining a thread later.
NOTE
Chat drafts text posts. Images, slide decks, videos, and lead magnets each have their own generator — see Image Studio, Slide Decks, Video Studio, and Lead Magnets.
Picking a voice
Before you send a message, pick a voice from the dropdown above the input: My LinkedIn voice uses your Persona directly, or choose a saved Content Style for an alternate tone — useful if you write for more than one brand or audience from the same workspace.
After a draft comes back
From the draft card, you can:
- Edit the text inline.
- Publish it now, or schedule it for later.
- Send it to Approvals if your workspace requires review before publishing.
Credits & BYOK
Drafting a post from Chat costs 5 credits, deducted from your workspace's balance. If your workspace has a Bring Your Own Key configured, generation runs on your own key instead and doesn't spend credits at all.
