Post Creation & Calendar

Every draft, wherever it comes from, lands in the same place — edited, scheduled, and tracked until it's published.

Starting a post

A post can start from a few places, and they all end up in the same editor:

  • A prompt in Chat.
  • A Quick Post from a Trending topic.
  • A post idea from your Authority Map.

My Posts board

Every post you touch shows up on the My Posts board, grouped into Drafts, Pending Approval, Changes Requested, Scheduled, Published, and Failed. A post moves between these automatically as you act on it — sending it to Approvals, scheduling it, or publishing it — rather than by dragging cards by hand.

Drafts auto-save as you write, so nothing is lost if you navigate away mid-edit.

The Calendar

The Calendar shows a month grid of what's scheduled and what's already published, so you can see your posting cadence at a glance instead of scrolling a list. Click a post to jump back into its editor.

Publishing

Publishing goes out through your connected LinkedIn account, over LinkedIn's official posting API — connect it once under Settings → LinkedIn. Attach an image from Image Studio to a post and it publishes along with it.

NOTE

An account connected before LinkedIn approved posting access holds a token scoped to profile info only — Settings → LinkedIn will show a reconnect prompt in that case. Reconnecting takes a few seconds and enables Publish immediately.
